Incarnation: bringing your soul into your body

What is the soul, and what does it mean to have more of it present in your body and your life?

In the introduction to this course, I invite you to notice something simple: you are aware of your body, your thoughts and your emotions. You can also be aware that you are aware. From there, we begin to explore what I call the soul and how its presence can be felt in the human being.

Different traditions define soul differently. Some describe it as eternal and unchanging; from a Buddhist perspective, what arises in dependence on other things changes. In this course, I speak of the soul as something that can change and evolve. We will explore its relationship with dharma, karma and local consciousness.

This is a practical course. Through guided meditation and exercises, we will explore bringing awareness more fully into the body. You may notice tension or resistance. We will look at what hinders the soul from being more present and use emotional integration to work with patterns that have not yet been integrated. The aim is for presence in the body to become more natural.

Bringing the soul closer does not mean leaving ordinary life or responsibility behind. The human being and the soul can come closer for the benefit of both. They may not always seem to agree—but thoughts, emotions and desires can also pull us in different directions. That relationship is part of what we will explore.

Each class includes teaching, a guided meditation, suggested practice between meetings and time to share. The ten live classes run on Tuesdays at 19:00 Danish time, from 6 October to 8 December 2026. The fee is €200. If that is difficult for you, please contact me and we will look for a way.
