Kama Chakra – 9-Week Course

A 9-week Kama Chakra course with initiation into all 10 mantras, group meditation, and support for the emotional processes that may arise along the way.

The course started Thursday, March 26. It takes place weekly online via Zoom at 19:00 CET.

Be aware that the course has started. You are welcome. All previous classes were recorded and are available for you.

Over the 9 weeks, we will work with all 10 mantras in a flexible rhythm. Some weeks include two mantras, while other weeks are devoted to deepening and integration.

Prerequisite: Participants should know and practice basic emotional integration.
